Do you offer returns or refunds?

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. COAs are displayed on each product page. A printed COA can also be included with your shipment upon request.
What shipping method do you use?
All orders ship via FedEx 2-Day. Tracking is provided once the order is dispatched.

How should products be stored?
Store the vial in its original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated at 2–8°C (35.6–46.4°F). Ensure the vial remains sealed until use to preserve purity and stability.
What is the shelf life?
The lyophilized product remains stable for up to 24 months when stored correctly. After reconstitution, keep refrigerated and use within 4–6 weeks. Reconstitute using sterile technique to preserve product integrity.
How is quality verified?
All products are manufactured in third-party GMP-compliant facilities following established quality-system standards. Each batch undergoes independent purity testing, including comprehensive endotoxin, sterility, and heavy metals screening. Testing is performed by qualified third-party analytical laboratories to verify product identity and purity. Peptides are supplied in powdered, lyophilized form.
